My name's Lauren! (I go by LB as well).

 

I am an NYC-based actor, fitness coach, theatre educator, and writer. Originally from Pittsburgh, I am a recent graduate of the University of Alabama's MFA Acting program and have worked in contemporary and classical theatre, Shakespeare & heightened text, musical theatre, and film/television. I also have experience teaching acting at the undergraduate level (See "Resumes" page for my CV).

 

I am an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor and currently coach at Orangetheory Fitness Brooklyn/Queens. I also specialize in teaching boxing fitness, HIIT, and spinning classes. I love my black cat Ruthie, Phoebe Bridgers, and everything bagels.

 

This summer, I performed at the Wisconsin Shakespeare Festival as Olivia in Twelfth Night, the Prince in Romeo & Juliet, and Evie in the live premiere of Female Nude Seated. See "Currently" for more details!
